Why does GrabCAD does not support uploading .FBX files?

Hi, Hari here. I'm a 3D Enthusiast who uploads car models on GrabCAD. I usually upload .FBX file with the other model files such as .OBJ, .DAE because the .FBX file is supported by most 3D Modeling Softwares. My first model, 2020 Lamborghini Sian FKP 37, there's a .FBX file with all the other formats. From my next model, the 2017 Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 Super Veloce, I can't upload the .FBX file so I commented with the .FBX File so that they can download. Sometimes the comment goes down and is not visible and will no longer be available to the consumers to download the file easily. Any reason or solution for this problem?
