One point you might consider is using a hot sprue bushing. This way you can make a simple 2 plate mold. In the end it gets cheaper than a 3 plate mold and the product will have a better finishing, with less material spent and faster cycle time

I completely agree with your opinion. In production using 2 plate mold cheaper and cycle time faster than 3 plate mold. I just want to combine 3 plate mold as a example that can we using 3 plate mold in this case? Thanks and best regards

I quickly ran your mold in SimForm and here are few hints.

Considering a PP part and a P20 mold, without any cooling lines, you could get a 7 sec pack-hold-cool time.

There is very limited cooling happen in the mold cavity. Heat is stuck beneath the handle. If you want to reduce cycle time, you might want to consider adding a higher conductivity insert under the handle.
