Tee Joint - sheet metal joining alternatives to welding
I need to join two sheet metal parts together in a tee joint. I can weld the pieces together, but this means I must post-plate the assembly after welding. Are there other ideas for joining these parts together that avoid welding and don't involve adding extra thickness required for hardware (screw, nut, etc.)?
