The factory intake is urethane, the same material I am using. It only gets warm.

Can you share the filament specs?

Priline TPU, 1.75, .2mm layer height. I am printing at 240 which is higher than what they list as hottest temp. It promotes high layer adhesion though. I have an old Wanhao Maker Select clone which is less likely to jam with flexibles than my Prusa. I believe it is because the heat sink design allows for a much shorter distance from the gears to the nozzle. I have switched it to dual gears like the Prusa, thermal paste between parts I want heat transfer, high temp silicone where I don't. I use Prusa Slicer. I am using the monotonic fill on top and the setting to try to not cross perimeters. That does not seem to affect interior perimeters hence the fuzz in the holes.
