I Designed It, I Built It

Here is my project of DIY simracing handbrake.

Whole construction made of #3 mm AISI 304 steel, some details of aluminium, all bolts and nuts are also stainless. Slide bearings are made of brass.

Electronics from Leo Bodnar (LC-USB), load cell 100 kg. There are 65 ShA polyurethane bushings on the main shaft.

The last thing to do is to wrap the handle in leather and mount it for good.
