my subscription is not full how can load components with symbols and 2d free to my project or program
i need all symbols were loaded with 3d and 2d and manufacture

Your 'subscription' has NO MEANING here !!
If you need help on a particular topic with CAD symbols, you first need to tell us the software program that you are using. Then you need to tell us *exactly* what part numbers you need symbols for. Please provide links to the manufacturers and complete part numbers.
Also you need to tell us all the details of your project so that we can fully understand what you are trying to accomplish. Please be extremely detailed in you descriptions and providing diagrams and drawings or specifications would help us to help you.
