Megacad .prt covert to different format help

Hello guys,

I have a .prt file in front of me, but I can't open this format.
This file comes from MegaCAD and now my question...

Can someone convert this file for me, please?
Maybe in step, iges, DXF, DWG?

Or have somebody an other solution for me?

I need to find a solution for this. Thanks.
