Do you have another screenshot of the size of the jagged part. Is that full size screw thread? In that case PI is the size measured on the core diameter of the screw thread.
According to ANSI Z32.13-1950 ABBREVIATIONS FOR USE ON DRAWINGS, "PI" stands for "Point of Intersection".
This refers to intersection of the vertical and diagonal surfaces. This is somewhat superfluous as the dimension seems obvious. However, if there is a note specifying either required or allowable radii for all corners then this nomenclature would make more sense.
