Is there anything that i can do to make this RF / EMI group better ?
Looking for ideas on how to get more people involved and participating in RF mechanical designs.

Yes beginner tutorials or links on RF, RF circuits, RF repairs, RF evolution, How RF circuits work would be very interesting and would get new electronics enthusiasts interested. You could start off with FM transmitter surveillance circuits to get new people interested. These are simple design and easy to build to draw new enthusiasts.
