I need assistance with GD&T

I'm just learning about GD&T and I have a practice project I'm supposed to work on. I've been watching YouTube tutorials but I need extra help.

Where do I start with this model?
What dimensions are relevant? How do I determine what sides need GD&T?

If someone could guide me or refer me to helpful, straightforward materials, that would be much appreciated.
