What about modelling the cavity and using a boolean operation?
It would give you a lot of flexibility for future modifications.
You've essentially asked the same question before yet continue to ignore the responses that you get. Why don't you respond to those that have already dedicated time to the your previous questions rather that asking the same question over and over? You're not gaining any friends with your current behavior.
