how to make a Victorian roof in Revit

hello there

I am having a problem with making a Victorian roof in Revit
the problem is about making the roof and the beautiful Hexagonal shape's roof joined and making a good looking roof
when I try to make roof by footprint it shows an error '' cannot make roof '' I try to make it in separate roofs and join them it also shows an error about lines
so please can you guys tell how to do that and make an example, I will be thankful if any one make a lesson about it ,
