How do I get help connecting GrabCAD to my stratasys Objet 30 Pro printer
I can not get GrabCAD to connect to my printer. When I go to select a printer I can get the template for the Objet30 V3 Pro printer I have. Then when I go to Connect a Printer via IP. I put in the IP address for my printer then select Connect I get the messaage "No printer ffound". How do I fix this? Who do I call? Is there a Phone number I can call for help. The service provider for this printer CadDimensions said to call your support number and someone will talk us through it. wher do I find it?
