How do I can design KARAKURI on solidwork or any 3D softwave design?
I have never designed a tube trolley and I looking for some tools or softwave to design them. Anyone know tools or softwave can let me know. Thank you

Yes, you can. Solidworks has a great tool to design.
If you panning to duplicate what's shown on picture (pipes connected with different kinds of connection fittings ) I would NOT use weldments but instead just configurations of the pipe lengths in one file and model the connection fittings or download it, this way your BOMs will be easier to generate
