How can I model transformer coils?
So, we are changing CAD Software in company to SW and I will have to remodel everything and redo every draft.
If someone has a tutorial on transformer design can you share?

I depends on what software you're converging from, if it is 3D CAD try just exporting .step files, otherwise there is function in SolidWorks that helps you import and layout 2D cad files like DXF or AutoCrap files.
I personally recommend if possible grabbing the actual part and all available documentation like drawings, photos etc.. and model is from scratch, and don't forget the most powerful part of SolidWorks : the configurations ..
oh and make sure your boss understands that this may be multi year project, took us here about 20 years to fully switch from Acad to SW with over 12K parts and drawings
