how can I make and idler bearing with housing for 190 mm shaft (50 rpm and radial force is 50KN)
Hello, I designed a DOUBLE CONE MIXER and I need some help, please.
The mixer's working situation is:
- 700 kg of granules for mixing.
- Mixer angular velocity is 10~50 rpm.
- Mixing inside blades' angular velocity is 15 rpm.
- Injection of O31 as a lubricant.
As you can see, there are two SNL housings in the model which are over strong enough for this mixing situation. Is there any system or solution that I can use to solve this problem or replacing these SNL housings with? Currently, I cannot reduce the shaft diameter.
