Build a startup company major providing engineering solution for manufacturing company. Certified vendor for few top manufacturing company, major providing service such as planning, building, integrate automated machine and fixture for production line.

Collaborate with my mentor as well as my good friend Howard, we form a new company Jian Ting in Chongqing China. We provide one stop solution for custom made automation mostly focus in SMT production line.

Company recruited me for transformation from Flex VSWR test fixture to automation. Give me an opportunity to learn Flex VSWR test related subject. In Mid 2018, we complete a fully automated Flex VSWR test automation. In End 2019, we complete a fully automated visual inspection for Flex.

I begin to take part in planning and consulting for UM Technology engineering department since 2014. I officially recruit by UM Technology after resignation at Kunshan Pantrateq. A new field and challenge for me since UM Technology is focusing in industrial cleaning equipments. Until now we have officially launch our first product targeting industrial cleaning.

After complete my Bachelor Degree Programme, I were hired by China company in Jiangsu Province. This company starting to recruit for new engineer for R&D department major in Automation.

After complete internship, I were promoted to become as technician during my semester break. An opportunity for me to explore onsite service in customer site instead of staying in workshop.

Part of Bachelor Degree Programme I'm taken, I have to complete minimum of 3 months internship in engineering field related company.
