Can anyone help me with converting an old I-deas SDRC (.mf1) file into something I can use like a .step or .iges?

I have a .mf1 file for a small injection mold that I need to repair but I can't open it with Solidworks so I need it converted to a more common file type (.step or ,iges)

HI YOU MAY USE THE THE LATEST EXCHANGER OF AUTODESK SOFTWARE
OFCOURSE I'M NOT SURE FOR YOUR EXTENTION FILE BUT ANY CONVERTION I'VE NEEDED IT SOLVE MY PROBLEMS
